Yoga in the park starts Sunday 26th June 10.30am Yoga in the beautiful Victoria Gardens for all abilities. 1 hour Yoga Vinyasa practise (weather permitting) Vinyasa flow to stretch the body and relax the mind. Some mats provided please bring your own if you own one. £1.50 of every session booked will be donated to Victoria Gardens
